A training program consists of a series of self-guided microtasks each designed to help you develop six of the top ten skills demanded in today’s job market. You’ll get instant feedback on each task, making your training more effective.

10 daily exercises, which should take about 30 minutes of your time. Hitting this sweet spot is our recipe for success.

Each program has a maximum duration of 4 weeks. You’ll complete 125 exercises per program.

Achieving a minimum 750 NAQ score indicates completion.

Unlike brain training games, our microtasks were designed to focus your attention on work-related tasks. Therefore, a minimum screen size of 7″ with a resolution higher than 900 x 500 px is required.

A Time Extension offers you additional time to complete remaining exercises within a training program. This extension is particularly beneficial for those looking to improve their Novuskills Adaptability Quotient (NAQ) or to meet the minimum score required for certification.

The series includes Mind Activation, Brain Boost, and Neuro Mastery programs.

No, our training is designed to be sequential, beginning in the Mind Activation program.

Mind Activation and Brain Boost focus on 5 skills each, while Neuro Mastery covers 6 skills.
